それから、

茶湯を氷で冷やし、

どこにでもあるアイスティーみたいに、大きなグラスに注ぐ。

純然たる退廃。

香りはまったくない。

少しの粘性。

たっぷりの清涼感。

甘い柑橘のかすかな気配。

茶包みの下に敷いてある木の札は、『百人一首』のかるた。

ここではコースターとして使っている。

the wooden cards under the tea packets are hyakunin isshu karuta.

here, they are being used as coasters.

obviously, the choice of poems is connected to the kyoto puerh club… in mizuo.

13: the son of emperor seiwa, whose tomb is in the village.

55: fujiwara no kintō, the compiler of the wakan rōeishū, the anthology of japanese and chinese poems that served as a calligraphy manual for a thousand years in japan, and that now forms the basis of the annual chabana sansō contest.

utiliser le « milk tea boiler » qui sert habituellement pour les shou/ripe avec les feuilles restantes
puis
refroidir la liqueur aux glaçons
pour le verser dans un grand vert comme un banal thé glacé
la pure décadence
aucun parfum
un peu de viscosité
beaucoup de fraicheur
un soupçon d’agrumes sucré


les cartes en bois sous les paquets de thé sont des karuta de hyakunin isshu
elles sont utilisées ici comme dessous de tasse
évidemment le choix des poèmes est lié au kyoto puehr club… à mizuo
